Easy enough for me to turn keto, too. I've learned not to turn down opportunities. Almond and/or coconut flower, and one of several bulky sweeteners, liquid drops, or a combination.
Yea, the decorations really are simply elegant. And, yet, so homey. Still, if you are sending out care packages... I wouldn't say "no". :p
If I do any experimenting, I'll definitely let you know.
