One of a kind...

“Flannery O’Connor knew that not everyone would or could understand her work. She once received a letter from someone who told her that her book left a bad taste in her mouth. O’Connor wrote back, “You weren’t supposed to eat it.””

Apparently, it's happened before...

“It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade.”
Charles Dickens, Great Expectations

That's how it's been here, lately.
Quite lovely.

I should learn to appreciate any good while it's here,
but I keep thinking about "March comes in like a lion
and goes out like a lamb...or...comes in like a lamb and
goes out like a lion."

Either way, I'm not in charge of the weather.
I'll keep a snow shovel handy next to my sunglasses.
