I have faced crowds. I have no problem with what happened. My guess is the anti-nuke crowd remembered this situation, if too, we had time to erect barricades and have water cannons. If I face a mass of people pushing me, I'll open up myself. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Creeps. Academia was by then, and still is, anti-American. As to Nixon, he was the one to end the war.

No problem? All the kids shot were 250'-350' feet from the guards. How was that threatening? And, none of them had weapons of any kind.
