Wow! You summed up my day, in 5 lines. Though I think maybe you were speaking from a different viewpoint.

(I'm really starting to hope that once we get this whole "buyin' a new house" deal out of the way, I can just "go away".)

Freddie - heh... I was speaking what the big guys say to us peons... :)
I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya!

Having been the boss, I kinda see where they are coming from. But it used to be that they had a loyalty to their employees also. Now? Not so much.

Larry - Inderstand their side, to a point. Just seems that they're focusing on nit-pick stuff... ah, hell. I'm burning out, I guess. Challenges are being replaced by irritations.
Maybe I'm getting old. :)

Oh, that's nice, even when it's me trying to anchor. Every sword cuts both ways and I don't blind myself to my faults. Some of them I cherish, to a fault.

I'll have to remember this one though. A simple incantation to ward off doldrums caused by disinterested or unmotivated others.

I'm sure glad I don't have bosses.

Amen. And I sure would love to avoid this Monday.

Doom - incantation?... I like that!

Scott - I'd love to work from home or on my own.

EotR - good luck with that, galfriend.
