Even when I was trying to get through engineering, in my 30's, they didn't want old people. Yes, 30~35 was considered old (for a student, not for staff or such). Because we see through their propaganda, and call it out. And, yes, it disturbs the brainwashing process. Seriously.

The negativity toward oldsters has gotten worse. and worse.
