*sigh*
A couple weeks before my blog was kidnapped, I'd been
having problems leaving comments at a few blogs.
Pop-up comment format works fine. It's the embedded
comment pages that often don't work for me. Sometimes.
Before I have a chance to finish typing a comment, the
page goes white. Refresh does nothing. Clicking on
'back page' brings back the comment page for a few
seconds, then goes white again.
Wordpress blogs are hit or miss.
So. If you don't hear from me as much or, lately, never,
that's why. It sucks.

wordpress is making me log in to my own wordpress.com blog before it will let me leave comments on WP blogs. The auto-fill feature tells the wp database that my Gravatar is signed up under an account and that I MUST log in in order to comment. Bastards.
Ya know, I have long believed in the axiom "If it ain't broke, don't fix it, dammit!"
OK, I added the dammit part.
it's probably all a ruse to get you girls undressed.
I'll just wait...
Keep holding your breath. I'll say when.
When ..
I am having trouble with the word verification. I cant read the words very well in the funky script
Also I have noticed the WP sign in mandate. Since I have not signed into my WP blog for about three years, this is a problem.
Nice try, Foam-o-roni. heh.
Joe, you just turned 50. Time for stronger vision Rx. hehehe.
did i hear "when"?
Definitely sucks. I went through that for a long time myself. I can't tell you how to fix it. One of the people I comment to often put in a complaint (to get it fixed) and I mucked in the madness for a bit on my end. Then, one day, it just started working again.
If you have a reader, or someone you comment to, who might know a bit about how to file a complaint for you, contact them. I sure wish I could help.
Hey, Doom! Good to see you up and about.
When they blocked my blog I found how to email a complaint. Thanks for reminding me. Might help.
Wordpress made me sign up to comment. Not happy.
Serious dislike of word verification too.
Mr N, seems like a lot of game-playing going on.
I don't mind wv so much but have no need for it here.
Weirdly, WordPress made me sign in to leave comments on a Blogger site - because they were using IntenseDebate, which is also under the WordPress umbrella.
