I'm never alone... no matter where I go... I'm always right there with me!!! Then... on the off chance that someone else comes along... CRAP... it's a freakin' crowd!!!
Yes.

That's what I tell myself. I'm not always so sure how much or how well myself believes what I say.
Sometimes, you can be lonely in a crowd. Sometimes, being alone is like being with a bunch of friends.
Solitude is being alone always knowing you have someone waiting for you to return.
Lonely is is being alone with no one to turn to when you are done enjoying your solitude.

Valerie - you're welcome, m'dear... you make much sense, as usual.
just remember, sometimes to heal you need to expose the hurt to fresh air, not hide it and seal it away.
But I'm not exactly one to follow my own advice...
rsm - sometimes it hurts to expose, but yes, it's usually necessary.
