That was then, this is now...

Dad would've been 89 today.

Sparky was 4 last month. I was 61 last month.

At first it looked like your Dad was wearing a horse head.
Which didn't make much sense.
But then, you see....it's me that thought that, so, no big deal.
Did you girls get to ride? Or the boys?

Mark...smarter. I think so, too.

Boxer, I think I was 12 or 13 there.
The Palomino mare was Lady and her colt was Socks :-)

Berry, I may still have that hat he's wearing. Very tattered now.
Cliff wasn't born yet when we had horses. I was about the only one who enjoyed riding. Dad sold all four (a Palomino gelding and a pony are not in the pic) after a few years because they weren't ridden enough to justify the time and expense of upkeep.

Nostalgia's not what it used to be.

It has occurred to me that life is a path. In the effort we give the creator experience. Oh, we all die in the end but perhaps we should see the experience as adding to the known universe. Best I got tonight.

I'm gong hold on to this one.

Hope is a beautiful thing; Adding to G-d is a better thing.

Now, back to porn....

Sheesh, I go away for a little while and you change everything! Good luck with it all, Jean, I'll be here, keeping an eye on things. Change is good.
