It could happen...

If you were me
and I were you
I think I'd be confused.
Your socks would sag
Your pants would drag
Your shoes would be askewed.
I'd sip your wine
instead of mine
Then probably p'tu-it.
There'd be no getting used t'it.
The mix of you
swapped 'round with me
might fail to find the conduit.
Sparks would fly
There'd be a cry
We'd end up glooped 'n puddled.
Best you stay there
and I stay here
evade our being fuddled.
I'd miss the me
and you would you.
Two twains not meant for meeting.
Happystances less than fleeting.
Does make no sense
in trading tents.
Isall discombobulation.
Keep what you've got
and covet not
another's home play station.

Foam, the dang fool wouldn't let me sleep until I finished this. heh.
And, then it spewed a limerick, to be posted later. Who knows how long this will last, though.

limericks are a fun, and contagious lot.
They eat up all the words you got
and make them silly
quite willy nilly,
and then set you to giggling like you were just a tot.

To have an obliging muse
is a lovely thing I could use
Though one musn't covet
I'm not much above it--
my muse goes about in your shoes!

I'd be me but then where would I go and where would the fun be if I was ever only me?
