I can't bear to look at more photos.

We are from Pensacola, Jean. I go there in a few weeks. I am sick... I am trying to brace myself for what we're going to see.

Bou, I saw yesterday that they are not allowing fishing in that area.
It's spreading. Heaven help us.

I was SOOOO hopeful that the cap would work last week. Now I believe there is an unstoppable disaster in the making.

Mark, I'm afraid we will not see the end of this in our lifetime.

As bad as it is, it is oil, true, should stay underground, but it is a natural component of the earth, and it will eventually get better, unlike a nuclear disaster that is man-made and who knows what happens.

I have no idea why I think this way, I guess I don't have a choice.

It will get better, and the leak will be stopped. And the earth will heal, and more birds will be born, and we will persevere.

Mike, thinking positive in hard times is a sign of a strong person. Which is one of the reasons you do what you do so well.

All this saddens me beyond belief, I cannot bear to look further at these photos. I know it is an international company but having the word BRITISH in front of it makes me hang my head in shame. Someone said that really is so silly but it is truly how I feel Jean and I am so sorry for all that are affected by this terrible disaster.
