My thought exactly.
I wouldn't expect the positioning of the enema tube to be any different than normal.
Doesn't sound too pleasant either way, but I'm sure most of us could use one. I know I sure could......

Goodness, you guys are all assuming this only applies to men...
Why so much fuss and mess, when a thick long needle could do the deed much more cleanly via the artery. What to use though, saline solution, matched blood, or something to make the brain sneeze out the unwanted brain goo.

actually, Doom..I was simply thinking of a good cleanse, not an obliteration :-)
