so far, so good...

Sister is handling the new chemo really well.
She's usually pretty tired for the balance of the week but a couple
of extra naps keeps her going. Other than that, the following two
weeks are pretty much normal. (She gets a dose every 3 weeks.)
Third treatment is this coming Tuesday. After the second
treatment, they finally noticed the cancer appeared to be
shrinking. All we can do right now is wing it and hope for the best.

Summer is gone but the days continue to be beautiful.

Thank you all for your good wishes, prayers and thoughts.

Great news about your sister and remember the weather is nice enough now but next is the frost and you know what comes after that cold mess...

Thanks, Mark.

I'm hoping this winter will be as mild as last year (fingers crossed).

Thanks, Foam. She's a tough broad ;-)

Good to hear that things are looking positive.

four months later and some of us noticed that there's a lack of current news.
Of course, maybe your sister fund out just how popular your blog is and didn't care for the rest of the world to be sharing in her demise.

Hopefully things are going smoothly.

Hope all is well. Think of you when I sip coffee from my 'pondering' mug.

so, it turns out that maybe you aren't even reading these comments? What with a computer that has not held fast to your creativity?

Let me ask a question... do you still have a monitor?

Let me ask another question.... did you know that you will be having insurance by around your birthday?
Cheap, too, from what I'm hearing.

I was curious what you thought of my last post, a poem about a cat named Larry. (I heard he has been very well behaved, lately)

d=^))

I have a new computer and a used car.
Carol is still getting the new chemo every three weeks.
Nothing else going on.
