Right is tight, Left is loose...

I had the privilege of meeting another blogger in person...
another true Southern Gentleman.

How did that happen, you ask? I offered to help him...
bleed his brakes. Yes, I did.
It made for a most enjoyable and interesting day.

He did a lot of sweating and grunting... accompanied by much
clinking, clanking, hammering and wrenching.
I did a lot of laughing.

We talked a lot, shared a few libations and a very nice dinner
on the river.

This made me look forward, even more, to attending the blogmeet
in Helen, Georgia this fall. A chance to meet more of you wonderful
bloggers in person.

Oh, yeah.... I found out that this gentleman's birthday is April 11.
He will be.... wait... did he tell me not to give out that information?
Maybe I better ask him first.

Thank you, V-Man, for a very fun day.
And, don't forget to post the Pig Story... heheh.

You're hanging with a bad crowd, ma'am. Which is cool, 'cuz you'll fit right in with the rest of the gang.

EotR - they are a group all their own.

Zonker - heh... you are in that group, right?

He ain't right, but he's damn good people. Well, he's people. Hell, I guess I wouldn't even call him that...

Glad you got to hang with him. He's one of those I really want to get together with before I head out.

As are you.

T1G - ahem... well, there were definitely some things I noticed... :)

Definitely keep me on your list.

Bleeding brakes?

Was Vman the bleeder or the pumper?

The dialogue for bleeding brakes is very coarse and back alleyish, don't ya think?

Jean said...

Jim - one of a good kind...

Scott - he was the bleeder.
Ha... you give it a different tone, for sure.

Vman is a good ...

oh, what's the word I'm looking for...

man... person... conscience... soul... being...

...sentient life form!

Keep him away from monkeys.

Jean said...

rsm - what is it with the monkey thing?... remember I'm still kinda new.

Jean, sounds like it was a fun time. Zonker once called me from Helen and it was frightening and interesting at the same time!!! They were having fun with each other while scaring the natives. On my end it all sounded very funny. Kinda like a car wreck that where you can't look away.

All kidding aside they're all a good bunch. I haven't had the pleasure of venturing to the south to meet all you wonderful people. I like the way T1G does it, a roadtrip where he meets one person at a time. That's more my style.

I may not be a southern gentleman, but you can help me bleed my brakes, anytime the wife's not home!

Michele - one at a time would be great, but my list is so long it would take several lifetimes! I do hope you and I get to meet someday soon.

Mohawk Chieftain - heh... welcome to my blog!
