A whole week without appointments...

How did that happen?
No doctors, no therapy, no treatments. 

Doesn't matter how, I guess. It's been lovely.

    I've quit the doctors. So it's all... well... nothing... all the time. I don't recommend it. But do enjoy the week off. I think it's a good sign if for no other reason than... it just is.

    I have to visit one soon only because they are threatening to stop refilling my Rxs because I haven't seen the doctor in a year.
