We are, as usual, lacking in rain. Maybe, Joe, you'll see some blue skies this winter. Seems I remember them in winters in Ohio. Been a mild winter here, so far, and I'm loving it. Could change in January, though.
well, you can rest assured that I can't afford to come to Florida (bringing with me the Indiana Weather everyone so dearly loves in the Winter...HA!) so you may yet have a beautiful Christmas, a mild Winter, and a smiling Spring bringing flowers and hummingbirds.
If I could handle the heat down there, and I think winters are often too warm for my taste, I do love the scenery even with, or maybe more so due to the, risk of gators. I have some obsession with doing things quickly and I like to think gators help keep groups... moving along? At least in some venues. :)
Hmm, interesting the manatees are not predated by gators, isn't it? Perhaps they have something to teach us? Even bigger McDonald meals? :p
It definitely ain't Detroit but it looks like a nice enough place.
ReplyDeleteIt's a good place to 'get away', if ya know what I mean.
ReplyDeletebeautiful.
ReplyDeleteBeats the crap out of the gray skies and mist and rain we have had for a month. Only three or four months until spring and blue skies!

ReplyDeleteBerry, I hope we all have a tolerable, if not pleasant, winter.
ReplyDeleteMay you have no need to chop more wood.
