My niece got a 9-week old puppy. Named her Willow. She's a chocolate Lab with green eyes. I've seen plenty of green-eyed cats but I don't remember ever seeing any dog with green eyes.
My youngest cat has such green eyes, I love them. But... I've always been suspicious of those with green, or hazel green, eyes. It runs in our family, even though we aren't related.
You are right though. I have never seen green eyes in a dog before. Gorgeous. Then again, she is a red, too. Red and green gives me great pause, but... what can you do?
