Just chilly here. We had a fantastic winter here, it's just that the chill is lingering. We even got enough moisture, if mostly rain... hard on ski areas but that isn't a worry for me.
As to summer? If not this one, soon there will be no summer(s). I've been advising that for a while now. It depends how long and deep the sun naps. Little cool, mini-iceage, or full blown iceage. Won't live to see the latter options, if thats the way. Get used to it, though. I bought my mother a really true winter parka, then got one that covered her bottom better this year. Told her she would be needing it. She laughed until she cried. :p
