Those are the worsest! I know what I need on such nights, another thanksgiving dinner. Although that doesn't always work out, I find it well worth a shot if I can do it.
How can you have insomnia AND sleep too long, at the same time? Bah! I've been doing a bit better. I hope things improve for you.

Doom, once I get to sleep it's almost coma. Stress makes it happen more often.
