I hear music when no one is playing. Dancing however is another story. Three hundred pounds, three left feet and only two toes on each foot, combined with being pigeon toed and bowlegged makes seeing me dancing a spectacle that usually ends up with people on the ground... laughing their asses off I'm assuming... I never stick around long enough to find out... I seem to always get ushered away...
I could never dance, but the music was always a noise and distraction in my head. Maybe I should have just broken out into a jig every now and then.
ReplyDeleteYou still can... :-)
ReplyDeleteThat is a great quote.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it? I love it.

ReplyDeleteThey never thought me insane because they couldn't hear the music but rather because I was dancing naked in the rain.
