I love busy thoughts and I love getting a good nights sleep. What a trick to combine the two.
A friend of mine once saud (while showing me his very beautiful and very peaceful 140 acre property)in the loudest voice imaginable--"YOU KNOW WHAT I REALLY LIKE ABOUT THIS PLACE? (birds flying off in panickd droves) It's SO QUIET!!!!!"

What a statement. It's twew! I'm usually noisy on the outside, so if I'm quiet, it's pretty much a barnburner in my head or stomach.
