  1. Very nice, very elegant, very simple but expresses volumes. I can relate to it on so many levels. You have captured it nicely.
    Wonderful!

  3. I told ya I liked reading your stuff. Short but filled with self-awareness. If ya need a break just float on over to stupidville. We turn off our brains.

  7. I relate in these ways,

She wears jeans and a pony tail to school in a room full of dresses and tresses,

Takes the snake away from the boy in a class of screaming girls,

Plays country music on her guitar while all around her are listening to rock and roll tunes,

Drives a fork lift in a warehouse of old men griping

Pulls up to yard sales on her motorcycle in a drive way of SUV's

Stands alone in the midst of clumps of cliques

Pays her own way in a world of women who expect a man to take care of them, still

Can chop wood, fish and hunt while the cookies bake

I can't say it near as well or succinctly as you did, but I so know where you are at!

    Hugs!
